For over 35 years, Dennis Brennan has honed his human resources leadership skills to focus on the strategic identification and development of diverse talent. A baby-boomer father of two millennial daughters, his changing mindset from his childhood on the island of Saipan, to becoming the first Global Director of Inclusion at McDonald's Corporation, allowed him to coach and advise global leaders and leadership teams on multi-cultural team management and inclusive workplace matters. "Life Certified" as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute in 1993, he has maintained his HR knowledge with a further certification by SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional in 2015. His community leadership roles have included: past two-term Chairman of the Board for the Greater Sacramento (CA) Urban League; serving four years on the Board of Directors of the Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce; a former Board member and Treasurer of the St. Louis (MO) Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; and a two-term chair of the Town of Wake Forest (NC) Human Relations Council. He also served as the "Diversity Expert in Residence at the University of North Carolina, Capitol Hill" in 2013-14. His 15 points have been utilized in workshops and seminars around the United States to help attendees better understand the difference around them for the greater good. Dennis' personal mission is: "helping people do things they don't think they can do."
